This exercise follows Margeret Goodearl through four separate incidents in which she decides to report improper testing of hybrid chips at Hughes. In the final episode, her actual decision is to report the incident outside Hughes — to blow the whistle. Students are stopped at each incident and asked to evaluate the alternatives.
