Teaching with Cases

An initial essay offers advice about leading ethics case discussions. There is detailed enough information for the novice and organized in a fashion for the experienced leader to find general information.

Another essay outlines the educational goals of case-based teaching. In addition, we provide tools to assist you in recognizing some pitfalls when teaching these complex cases.

We use what we call ethics tests often in the cases on this site, and this ethics tests introduction gives you the basics about how they are used. We also provide a worksheet to assist in applying and organizing the various alternatives of the ethics tests.
