Students are asked to evaluate a set of decision alternatives with which Frank Saia, the Manager of Micro-Circuit Manufacturing is faced in the Hughes case. Saia was a critical decision-maker the process by which Hughes ended up perpetrating fraud in its environmental testing of the chips. Student will sue the standard ethics tests and decision matrix to evaluate the options for Saia.
